Collection: Assam

Assam black tea is characterized by its strong, malty taste and deep red color. The leaves are carefully hand-picked and then processed to develop the characteristic aroma that tea lovers around the world appreciate.
To this day, the region around Assam is the largest contiguous tea-growing area in the world, with approximately 600 million kilos of tea produced per harvest year.

Black teas from Assam are considered the richest tea varieties of all. They are characterized by their copper-red color and do not lose their rich, malty taste even with the addition of milk and sugar.
