Halmari S3A3

The Halmari Tea Estate in Assam is widely regarded as one of the finest producers of high-quality black tea.

Founded in 1913 and family-run ever since, Halmari Tea Estate has perfected the production of distinctive, characterful teas while continually adapting its craftsmanship to the changing times and the preferences of tea lovers.

We are proud to look back on a long-standing relationship with Halmari, during which we have repeatedly discovered fascinating nuances across its many black teas. One such creation is our Halmari S3A3, which impresses not only with its beautifully crafted leaves, but also with its lively and powerful character in the cup.

This tea is made exclusively from pure S3A3 plants. In the cup, this cultivar produces a deep Bordeaux-coloured infusion with a bold and pleasantly brisk character.

We highly recommend comparing this tea with our other Halmari creations, such as Halmari Gold and N436. Thanks to the diverse crosses and cultivars cultivated on the estate, we can offer a remarkable range of different aromatic profiles.
