Bai Hao Yin Zhen

Bai Hao Yin Zhen, also known as Silver Needle, is a name familiar to virtually every tea enthusiast.

Exceptionally labour-intensive and rare, it requires an extraordinary amount of careful hand-picking. It takes approximately 120,000–150,000 individual buds to produce just 1 kg of finished tea, making this one of the most delicate and precious Chinese white teas.

In the warm cup, the hand-selected buds release an aroma reminiscent of sweet hay. Soft and delicate on the palate, the tea develops a subtle marzipan-like note that lingers gently.

Even its appearance in the cup is remarkably elegant. Its pale, luminous infusion evokes the colour of champagne and reveals its full beauty when poured into a white cup or vessel.
