Shincha Saemidori organic 2026

The "clear green" of the Sae Midori Shincha from the 2026 harvest immediately catches the eye.
A bright green infusion with a creamy character, abundant sweetness, and a full-bodied mouthfeel.
In the second and third infusions, this note transforms into a more mineral character, which nevertheless remains just as long-lasting in the mouth.

The Saemidori cultivar is a cross between the Yabukita cultivar and the Asatsuyu cultivar and is very popular for high-quality teas such as Shincha, Kabusecha, Gyokuro, or even Matcha.

This Shincha is excellent for the Mizudashi preparation method (cold brew).
