Shincha Yutakamidori Organic 2026

Long-lasting creamy and with plenty of sweetness, our Shincha from the spring 2026 harvest convinces every green tea enthusiast.
Made from the Yutakamidori cultivar, this green tea has rich umami notes.
In the second and third infusions, this note transforms into a more mineral character, which, however, remains just as long-lasting in the mouth.

The Yutakamidori cultivar is characterized by its very early harvest. This cultivar, alongside the Yabukita cultivar, is the most common cross in Japan and enjoys great popularity.

This Shincha is excellent for the Mizudashi preparation method (cold brew).
