Pi Lo Chun (Taiwan)

Pi Lo Chun from the Pinglin region in Taiwan is a finely processed green tea, known for its delicate elegance and vibrant freshness. The Pinglin region, surrounded by hills and misty forests, offers ideal conditions for cultivating high-quality green teas with a distinct depth of aroma.

The leaves are carefully hand-picked, often very young and tender, which gives the tea its fine structure. The aroma shows a clear, vegetal-floral character with notes of fresh blossoms, young shoots, and a hint of sweet fruits.

The infusion is light green and clear, with a soft, slightly sweet mouthfeel.
