Lung Ching, also known as Dragon Well tea, originates from Zhejiang Province and is one of China’s most famous green teas. Its characteristic flat, jade-green leaves are created through careful pan-firing in a wok, giving the tea its distinctive appearance.

In the cup, it reveals a clear and bright infusion with a soft, gently sweet character, accompanied by fresh grassy and delicate nutty notes. Lung Ching is particularly appreciated for its harmony, balance and calm, elegant depth.
