This tea is harvested in early spring when the buds are still soft and aromatic. The processing is gentle, involving pan-firing, which preserves the fresh, vegetal notes. The flavour is clear, slightly sweet, and has a gentle, grassy freshness without bitterness if brewed correctly.

In the cup, it appears light green to slightly yellowish and maintains its aroma consistently over several infusions.
