Huang Shan Mao Feng Organic

Huang Shan Mao Feng is a classic Chinese green tea from the Huang Shan region in Anhui Province. It is one of China's most famous spring teas and is made from delicate, young buds and leaves.

The leaves are slightly curved, finely hairy, and visually resemble small, delicate tips – hence the name "Mao Feng," which means "hairy peak." It is usually harvested in early spring when the quality is particularly high.

Huang Shan Mao Feng tastes soft, fresh, and slightly sweet with floral notes and a fine, clear structure. It is very well-balanced and has almost no bitterness when brewed gently. In the cup, it shows a bright, clear green with a gentle sheen.
