Huang Shan Mao Feng Organic

Huang Shan Mao Feng is a classic Chinese green tea from the Huang Shan region of Anhui Province. It is one of China’s most renowned spring teas and is made from delicate young buds and leaves.

The leaves are slightly curved and finely covered with silvery down, resembling small, delicate peaks — hence the name “Mao Feng”, meaning “hairy peak”. The tea is typically harvested in early spring, when the young leaves are at their finest.

In the cup, Huang Shan Mao Feng is soft, fresh and gently sweet, with delicate floral notes and a clean, elegant structure. Beautifully balanced and naturally smooth, it shows very little bitterness when brewed gently. The infusion is bright and clear green with a soft, luminous appearance.
