Gyokuro Grade 3

For years, our tea farmer in Nara, Kyoto, has supplied us with some of the finest Gyokuros.

Made from the renowned Yabukita cultivar, these teas are distinguished by their natural sweetness, rich umami and intensely authentic aroma. Carefully shaded before harvest, the leaves develop a beautifully deep and savoury character with a silky mouthfeel and a long, lingering finish.

They can be enjoyed both hot and cold, revealing different facets of their character with each preparation. This makes them an exceptional companion, even on warm summer days.
