Dan Cong Oolong from the Phoenix Mountains in Guangdong is one of the most aromatically diverse Oolong teas in China.
The "Huang Feng" variety represents a particularly honey-infused and at the same time floral expression within the Dan Cong family. In the cup, the tea shows a clear structure, fine sweetness and a natural fruitiness, often reminiscent of ripe stone fruit and blossoms.
