Dan Cong Oolong from the Phoenix Mountains in Guangdong is considered one of the most aromatically diverse styles of Oolong tea in China.
The “Huang Feng” variety represents a particularly honeyed and floral expression within the Dan Cong family. In the cup, it reveals a clear and elegant structure with delicate sweetness and a natural fruitiness, often reminiscent of ripe stone fruit and fragrant blossoms.
A beautifully expressive Oolong with a refined balance of floral, fruity and honeyed notes.
