Anji Bai Cha
Anji Bai Cha
Anji Baicha green tea is an exceptional Chinese green tea from Zhejiang province. Despite its name "Baicha" (White Tea), it botanically belongs to the green tea family and is known for its rare, light green leaf color.
The plants are harvested only for a short period in spring, when the young shoots have their characteristic, almost jade-colored appearance. This special appearance is due to a natural, seasonal chlorophyll change in the plant.
Anji Baicha's taste is very delicate, clear, and elegant. It is slightly sweet, soft, and almost creamy, with a gentle freshness and hardly any bitterness. In the cup, it displays a light, greenish-golden color and a very pure, calm aroma profile that stands out particularly due to its clarity.
Origin: Anji County, Zhejiang, China
