Ali Shan Oolong

Ali Shan Oolong is a classic high-mountain Oolong from the mist-shrouded mountains of central Taiwan. Grown at elevations above 1,000 metres, the tea plants develop more slowly, allowing greater concentrations of aromatic compounds and natural sweetness to build within the leaves.

The carefully rolled leaves slowly unfurl during infusion, revealing a clear, yellow-green liquor. On the palate, Ali Shan is defined by its soft, floral elegance: delicate notes of orchid, fresh greenery and fine honey combine with a smooth, creamy texture and a long-lasting, naturally sweet finish.

As one of Taiwan’s best-known Gao Shan teas, Ali Shan embodies balance, purity and a quiet, layered depth that reveals itself beautifully when prepared with care and attention.
