Ali Shan Oolong

Ali Shan Oolong is a classic high-mountain oolong from the misty mountains of Central Taiwan. At altitudes of over 1,000 metres, the tea plants grow slower, allowing more aromatic compounds and natural sweetness to concentrate in the leaves.

The carefully rolled leaves unfurl in the infusion to produce a clear, yellowish-green cup. In terms of taste, Ali Shan is characterised by its soft, floral elegance: notes of orchid, fresh greens, and delicate honey combine with a gentle, creamy texture and a long-lasting, sweet aftertaste.

As one of Taiwan's most renowned Gao Shan teas, Ali Shan represents balance, purity, and a calm, multi-layered depth that fully unfolds particularly when prepared mindfully.
