Matcha is far more than just a trendy drink. Deeply rooted in Japanese tea culture, this powder is produced with great time and care.

Shaded leaves are harvested and processed into tencha. This intermediate product is then ground into the familiar green tea powder.

For traditional preparation, several utensils are needed to obtain a tasty matcha.
